Meet the provider
I believe everyone deserves a grounded, supportive space where they feel truly heard. My passion is partnering with individuals across all walks of life to support their emotional well-being—whether you are managing a long-term mental health condition, dealing with day-to-day anxiety, or just know something feels off and you aren’t sure where to start.

I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice from Union University, where I built my foundation in compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care. After having my own children, I gained a personal appreciation for the perinatal journey, which sparked a commitment to supporting those navigating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs). To better serve growing families, I completed specialized certification in reproductive and perinatal psychiatry through the Orvis School of Nursing.
In my practice, I take an integrative, whole-person approach to wellness. I have completed additional training in functional psychiatry to better support my patients who are looking to take this route. I don’t see this approach as a replacement for conventional psychiatric care, but an enhancement to it. I love that this approach allows us to look at the full picture through in-depth review and targeted lab work, bringing in evidence-based elements like nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle adjustments alongside medication management when appropriate. Together, we create a plan that aligns with your everyday life and values, rather than just treating a checklist of symptoms. Wherever you are starting from, I would be honored to help you on your journey toward feeling like yourself again.
